What you will do

• Monitor and analyze daily production metrics including output, scrap, and labor hours.
• Manage critical parts and resolve production issues related to tooling, fixturing, and job prioritization.
• Drive Lean Daily Management to enhance safety, quality, and delivery performance.
• Develop and ensure adherence to standard work practices across operations.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective countermeasures for process deviations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing managers and team leaders to guide operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Operations or Process Development/Improvement.
• Must be able to work onsite in Buffalo, NY.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
