Lean Manager

Salary: $115,000–$125,000/yr

What you will do

• Drive operational performance improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and problem-solving sessions.
• Implement and sustain standard work and daily management systems across production sites.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean methodologies to foster a continuous improvement mindset.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve flow, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Track progress and communicate operational savings through clear dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in Shakopee, MN
• BS degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean leadership, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience leading cost-saving project portfolios with measurable financial results.
• Strong leadership and influencing capability to coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt).
• Formal training in Lean Enterprise or Operational Excellence frameworks.
• Experience deploying a manufacturing system (e.g., TPS, OPEX).
• Experience collaborating with global or cross-site operations.
