What you will do

• Own day-to-day EDA license server operations to ensure high availability and performance.
• Administer and troubleshoot complex license issues involving FlexNet/FLEXlm and vendor-specific managers.
• Develop automation scripts and internal dashboards for self-service visibility and usage forecasting.
• Apply AI-assisted analytics to identify usage patterns and optimize license portfolios.
• Coordinate with EDA vendors on renewals, upgrades, and compliance audits.
• Partner with engineering teams to support critical tapeouts and peak-demand phases.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years or Master’s/PhD with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience operating and scaling EDA license infrastructure in a production environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of EDA license managers like FlexNet/FLEXlm.
• Strong scripting skills for flow development and operational tooling.
• Solid understanding of Linux environments and operational best practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with major EDA tool suites such as Synopsys, Cadence, and Siemens.
• Experience with capacity modeling and scenario planning.
