Salary: $108,220–$162,100 per annum

What you will do
- Own day-to-day EDA license server operations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Administer and troubleshoot complex license issues involving FlexNet/FLEXlm and vendor-specific managers.
- Develop automation scripts and internal dashboards for self-service visibility and usage forecasting.
- Apply AI-assisted analytics to identify usage patterns and optimize license portfolios.
- Coordinate with EDA vendors on renewals, upgrades, and compliance audits.
- Partner with engineering teams to support critical tapeouts and peak-demand phases.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years or Master’s/PhD with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience operating and scaling EDA license infrastructure in a production environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of EDA license managers like FlexNet/FLEXlm.
- Strong scripting skills for flow development and operational tooling.
- Solid understanding of Linux environments and operational best practices.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with major EDA tool suites such as Synopsys, Cadence, and Siemens.
- Experience with capacity modeling and scenario planning.
