Service Engineer

What you will do

• Execute system-level tests on NVidia, AMD GPUs, ARM-based, Intel Xeon, and AMD EPYC systems using proprietary tools.
• Build menu-driven bootable drives and maintain packages for system validation and testing.
• Deliver on-site deployment services and provide post-level 1&2 support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Document and analyze test plans, reports, and logs; develop test utilities and automation scripts.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, California, United States
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of Linux scripting, debugging, and testing experience preferred.
• 2+ years experience servicing x86 systems and parts.
• Programming experience with Windows and Linux shell scripting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification.
• Familiarity with Intel/AMD/NVIDIA development toolkits such as CUDA, oneAPI, ROCm.
• Experience with server/network hardware debugging and troubleshooting.
