What you will do

• Identify and analyze the root cause of system failures and implement effective solutions.
• Provide prompt responses to critical system failures.
• Generate and publish comprehensive test reports.
• Utilize basic scripting skills to automate validation tests.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and Product Managers to gather product requirements.
• Engage with cross-functional teams on assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in EE, CE or ME with minimum of 8 years system engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge in server architecture and OS concepts.
• Knowledge in storage benchmarks and protocols.
• Experience in configuring Windows Server and Linux.
• Experience in scripting languages is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and technical writing experience.
