Location: US-California-Remote
Salary: $160K - $185K USD (annual base)

What you will do
- Develop and execute pricing policies and strategies aligned with business objectives, market conditions, and competitive dynamics.
- Ensure pricing strategies are accurately implemented in pricing systems and pricing engines.
- Analyze pricing data, customer behavior, and market trends using SQL and Tableau to drive pricing decisions.
- Oversee integration of pricing strategies into Salesforce CRM and support sales enablement through training/education.
- Continuously monitor and optimize pricing structures to maximize profitability while staying competitive.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards tracking pricing performance, KPIs, and recommendations with sales, finance, and GTM stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B technology in strategic pricing, pricing execution and/or deal desk.
- Strong understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models, including two-tier channel, OEM, and other indirect models.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence across all organizational levels.
- Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S. as required.
- Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

- Advanced degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines.
