TL;DR

Senior Pricing Manager: Formulating and executing pricing and packaging strategy for a B2B SaaS software portfolio with an accent on competitive pricing, pricing engine/system implementation, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on using SQL and Tableau to optimize pricing structures, integrating strategy into Salesforce for sales execution, and reporting KPIs to leadership.

Location: US-California-Remote

Salary: $160K - $185K USD (annual base)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute pricing policies and strategies aligned with business objectives, market conditions, and competitive dynamics.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are accurately implemented in pricing systems and pricing engines.
  • Analyze pricing data, customer behavior, and market trends using SQL and Tableau to drive pricing decisions.
  • Oversee integration of pricing strategies into Salesforce CRM and support sales enablement through training/education.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize pricing structures to maximize profitability while staying competitive.
  • Produce regular reports and dashboards tracking pricing performance, KPIs, and recommendations with sales, finance, and GTM stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B technology in strategic pricing, pricing execution and/or deal desk.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models, including two-tier channel, OEM, and other indirect models.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S. as required.
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

  • Experience defining and driving pricing programs at an enterprise company.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Advanced degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines.
