What you will do
- Define and implement global deal strategy, governance, and practices to maximize revenue and margin.
- Own deal financial governance, including executive-level articulation of deal outcomes aligned to company strategic goals and KPIs.
- Develop global pricing models, commercial offerings, and deal structuring methodologies; provide guidance to regional teams.
- Run global deal reviews with Sales/Sales Leadership and support high-value account-level pricing and structuring decisions.
- Serve as primary executive liaison across Sales, Field Operations, Finance, and Legal for global contract processing (including redline review and negotiations).
- Lead and mentor a global team of ICs and managers, fostering performance culture and succession planning.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading and managing global teams and organizations.
- Extensive experience defining commercial strategy and governance for complex global enterprise deal structuring (subscription and consumption models), including large enterprise license agreements.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise software/SaaS, with significant experience in Deal Desk or finance leadership.
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ is required.
- Experience reviewing customer contracts and setting standards for contract language drafting.
- Strong negotiation experience and executive presence to manage global field teams and large customer negotiations.
