Location: Hybrid (Paris, France) - minimum 2 days per week in-office

What you will do
- Identify and map top-tier French prospects and engage key HR stakeholders.
- Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, emailing, and social selling on LinkedIn.
- Drive strategic positioning and communicate 's value proposition in the French market.
- Collect and share market feedback and local nuances to shape the go-to-market strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events and HR forums to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Native-level French and fluent English proficiency.
- Must be based in Paris to support the hybrid work model.
- Proven ability to take ownership and build processes from scratch.
- Strong motivation by targets and high energy for outbound activity.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a startup or a new market entry environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
