Location: Hybrid (Paris, France) - minimum 2 days per week in-office

What you will do

  • Identify and map top-tier French prospects and engage key HR stakeholders.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, emailing, and social selling on LinkedIn.
  • Drive strategic positioning and communicate hirify.global's value proposition in the French market.
  • Collect and share market feedback and local nuances to shape the go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events and HR forums to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Native-level French and fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Paris to support the hybrid work model.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and build processes from scratch.
  • Strong motivation by targets and high energy for outbound activity.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a startup or a new market entry environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
