TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Strategic Accounts): Expanding hirify.global's reach in existing strategic accounts and net new prospects with an accent on qualifying marketing-generated demand and outbound engagement. Focus on identifying buying groups, nurturing leads through multi-touch cadences, and driving high-quality opportunities for account executives.

Location: Bucharest, Romania (hybrid, office attendance 3x/week). Relocation package available.

What you will do

  • Generate new demand and identify key buying group members for the sales organization.
  • Qualify marketing-generated demand against established criteria before passing opportunities to account executives.
  • Nurture predetermined prospect groups using multi-touch tactics and cadences to determine interest.
  • Manage prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities within the Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with aligned sales teams to coordinate outreach and maximize account reach.
  • Meet monthly KPIs regarding signal conversion, opportunity creation, and meeting setup.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales development role.
  • Fluent proficiency in English and French.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Bucharest, Romania.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce).

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience with high-tech products or services.
  • Experience in outbound calling or as a Revenue Development Representative.
  • Technical understanding of storage backup and cloud backup technologies.
  • Proficiency in social selling best practices.
