What you will do

• Develop and execute relationship strategies to maximize revenue through SI and ISV partners.
• Identify and map key influencers and decision-makers within target partner organizations.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings between partner leadership and hirify.global management.
• Analyze partner strategies to personalize messaging and value propositions.
• Negotiate and secure agreements to ensure partners understand and support hirify.global’s business model.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to drive partner engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo
• Native level Japanese proficiency required
• 5+ years of alliance experience in SaaS, SI, or ERP/DB markets.
• Established relationships with executives at Japanese SIs and ISVs.
• Proven track record of sustained quota over-achievement.
• Strong consultative sales, communication, and presentation skills.
