What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year global payments strategy aligned with product and commerce priorities.
• Lead strategic relationships with global payment processors, acquirers, and major card networks.
• Partner with engineering and risk teams to build resilient, scalable payment architectures and reduce fraud.
• Establish and track OKRs for authorization rates, conversion, cost optimization, and customer experience.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of professionals.
• Translate complex payment performance data into executive-level narratives and decision frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 10+ years of experience in treasury, finance, banking, or accounting.
• 7+ years of experience leading global teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of global card ecosystems, acquirer models, and cross-border payments.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue uplift and cost optimization.
