What you will do
- Review disputed AR balances and coordinate with branch and region management to expedite resolution of outstanding payments.
- Participate in monthly branch and region accounts receivable meetings with collectors and management.
- Handle frontline collections for the most impactful and problematic escalated customer accounts.
- Collaborate with general managers and account managers to complete required action items.
- Partner with Billing Supervisors to resolve problematic billing and drive long-term solutions.
- Support escalated collections with hold letters and final demand letters, and prepare legal packages for attorneys.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience with B2B customer interactions and/or collections training.
- Bachelorβs degree in business, finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent education and experience).
- Ability to read and interpret business contracts, technical procedures, and government regulations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical/diagram form and manage multiple abstract and concrete variables.
- Experience in elevator industry or service-related field.
