What you will do

• Manage high-severity escalations related to billing, invoicing, renewals, and contract discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and major accounts to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate end-to-end account audits across CPQ, Billing, ERP, and Payment systems.
• Drive cross-functional teams to correct errors and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Verify agreements, pricing, and billing terms against executed contracts.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and facilitate monthly reviews to support process improvements.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, quote-to-cash, or back-office finance.
• Deep knowledge of quote-to-cash processes including CPQ, order management, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and understanding of the interplay between CPQ, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
• Strong analytical judgment and highly organized approach to documentation.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, TX.
