What you will do
- Act as the primary RevOps partner to Dealer Sales leadership, driving alignment across Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- Own performance reporting, including pipeline, bookings, and revenue forecasting.
- Design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes, from lead-to-order to order-to-revenue.
- Develop dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs, trends, and operational risks.
- Partner with systems teams to ensure CRM tools effectively support Dealer workflows.
- Support annual and quarterly planning, including target setting and capacity modeling.
Requirements
- Must be based in Westlake, Texas
- Strong analytical background with experience in revenue operations or sales strategy.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights.
- Experience with CRM systems and revenue-related reporting tools.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and operational process design.
