What you will do

• Lead process discovery, mapping, and documentation efforts across global business and operational teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to capture workflows, pain points, and control gaps.
• Develop current and future-state documentation, including SOPs, RACI matrices, and swimlanes.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and AI enablement.
• Establish and reinforce process standards and governance practices across the organization.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to enhance process transparency and performance management.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in process analysis, BPM, or business transformation.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Proven expertise in leading process discovery and documenting end-to-end workflows.
• Strong skills in process mapping using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Blueworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating executive-ready materials.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global shared-services environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with APQC, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.
• Exposure to workflow automation and AI-enabled process improvement.
• Experience with process architecture and maturity programs.
