What you will do

• Act as the primary representative for the customer organization, building relationships across local and national markets.
• Manage and resolve customer concerns while tracking interactions according to corporate procedures.
• Sell technical products and services, providing training on specifications and program requirements.
• Develop strategies to drive increased savings acquisition and prepare sales forecasts.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and determine solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.
• Travel throughout a defined territory to support high-tier clients and encourage program participation.

Requirements

• Must live in the greater Detroit metro area for client base support.
• 7+ years of relevant commercial industry experience.
• Ability to travel throughout a defined territory with a large geographic impact.
• Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting and advising on installation and configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry certifications.
