hirify.global is hiring a Production Coordinator for an on-site role in Edgewood, New York.

What you will do

• Oversee machine operations in the assigned commingling area to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and monitor daily production plans, including labor allocation and cost-per-unit targets.
• Schedule and assign tasks to commingling operators, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth operations.
• Monitor machine performance, respond to malfunctions promptly, and minimize downtime.
• Run regular quality checks and ensure comingled mail meets required standards.
• Maintain accurate reconciliation reports, coordinate with vendors (USPS, PSI, SW, CMS), and train operators.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a machine operations role within a production environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work shifts that may include weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 20 pounds to waist level.
• Proficient computer skills (email and Microsoft Office) and strong organizational/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Commitment to quality and safety, including maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
