Salary: $60,000–$80,000 Annually

What you will do
- Analyze and maintain part planning parameters based on materials strategy and demand profiles.
- Convert demand signals into Work Orders following established planning systems.
- Track and resolve material shortages to mitigate production risks.
- Develop balanced production plans through capacity analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage Planning Bill of Materials (PBOMs) and Engineering Order changes.
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) levels and facilitate consistent production flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY.
- Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
