Location: Onsite in Buffalo/East Aurora, NY. This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Analyze and maintain part planning parameters based on materials strategy and demand profiles.
  • Convert demand signals into Work Orders following established planning systems.
  • Track and resolve material shortages to mitigate production risks.
  • Develop balanced production plans through capacity analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage Planning Bill of Materials (PBOMs) and Engineering Order changes.
  • Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) levels and facilitate consistent production flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY.
  • Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
