What you will do
- Plan and execute 10+ festivals and 200+ third-party events annually within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate partnerships with promoters, venue operators, and concessionaires to ensure brand presence.
- Manage project budgets of up to $200,000 while identifying efficiencies and economies of scale.
- Coordinate logistics, including asset transportation, build/strike, and on-site staff management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams to drive consumer pull.
- Monitor market trends and cultural moments in New York City to inform regional business strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City and willing to travel 50-60% of the time.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa holder).
- 2+ years of experience in live event production and experiential marketing.
- Proven experience managing $200K+ budgets and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and existing relationships with New York-based event promoters and vendors.
- Ability to make high-pressure decisions in fast-paced live event environments.
