What you will do

  • Develop sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies to address complex client needs.
  • Collaborate with service teams on pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and post-renewal analysis.
  • Maintain accountability for revenue, profitability, and project timelines for assigned client accounts.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors to facilitate benefits procurement.
  • Ensure data accuracy in CRM and maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance market trends and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of benefits consulting experience required.
  • Valid life and health insurance license required.
  • Practical knowledge of the quoting process and insurance tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database applications.
  • Strong ability to influence and interact effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Health Care Reform and regulations such as HIPAA, ERISA, and PPACA.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
