What you will do

• Assess project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for product features and functionality during implementation.
• Manage expectations of key client sponsors and executive staff regarding project timelines and requirements.
• Train client teams and internal resources on best practices and execution.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Development teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Facilitate case reviews to support timely issue resolution and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in project management, financial services, or consulting.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Knowledge of enterprise software deployment architecture and business requirements practices.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with senior management.
