What you will do

• Analyze and document complex scientific business processes and laboratory workflows.
• Configure and implement core informatics platforms like Benchling to meet specific client needs.
• Develop data models, reports, and gap analyses in collaboration with scientific stakeholders.
• Lead client workshops, perform system configuration, and guide UAT execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high service delivery and satisfaction.
• Assist in the creation of project proposals and estimates for business development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in configuration, deployment, and management of key informatics systems (e.g., Benchling, Dotmatics, IDBS, Sapio, or Labware).
• Proficiency in supporting ELN, sample management, inventory, and workflow modules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
