Location: Remote (USA). Must be able to travel consistently (50%–75%) and must have legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Salary: $120,000 – $165,000 per year (for Managing Consultant level).

What you will do
- Lead and execute revenue cycle work streams, including financial analysis and process redesign.
- Provide expert guidance on insurance denial protocols and avoidable write-off initiatives.
- Manage client relationships at the representative level and ensure project expectations are met.
- Conduct industry research and data collection to solve complex client problems.
- Audit client practices through data analysis, interviewing, and shadowing to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop and present high-quality client deliverables and contribute to business expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, preferably at a Manager or Director level.
- Proven experience leading Denials Avoidance and Avoidable Write-Offs initiatives with measurable financial results.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, public health, or related fields.
- Ability to travel 50%–75% of the time based on project requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cerner Patient Accounting.
- Knowledge of analytical software such as SAS, SPSS, Stata, MS Access, or MS SQL Server.
