What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
  • Lead, recruit, coach, and mentor a team of direct sales employees and indirect distributor partners.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop counter-strategies.
  • Drive cash flow and financial health through monitoring of open POs, accounts receivable, and field inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and commercial education teams to support product launches and sales training.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, including HIPAA standards and industry codes of ethics.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of surgical sales experience, preferably in strategic sales, training, or leadership.
  • Must reside within the assigned Northeast territory (Metro NYC, Boston, or Philadelphia preferred).
  • Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including routine car and air travel.
