What you will do
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Solution Consultants to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Develop and implement strategic territory and district roadmaps to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support customer needs and identify key purchasing sites.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Manage district expenses and ensure adherence to company travel and expense policies.
- Ensure all team activities comply with regulatory standards and company ethics policies.
Requirements
- Must reside within the district (Minnesota, Missouri, or Iowa).
- Valid state driver's license and insured motor vehicle required.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required.
- 3-5 years of management or successful sales experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel significantly within the assigned territory.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
- Project management experience.
