ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

What you will do

• Own and define the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution architecture as the core system of record.
• Lead optimization, stabilization, upgrades, and further development across ERP, CRM, and BI systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, prioritizing standard platform capabilities over custom development.
• Govern Business Central integrations with CRM and Power BI and maintain clear system-of-record principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver solutions from design through go-live and ongoing operation.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience working with Business Central at consultant level.
• Experience designing and implementing IT systems in projects, ideally involving complex migrations or transformations.
• Project management skills and understanding of classic and agile delivery methods, including PRINCE2 and SAFe.
• Analytical, consulting, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent written and spoken Danish and English required.
