Senior Customer Support Consultant (ERP)

Location: Sweden; the role is handled from the office in Eslöv near Lund.

What you will do

• Support customers by phone and email with issues in the DSM ERP solution.
• Analyze customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
• Handle problems ranging from DSM issues to complex integrations with Continia, Power Apps, and other third-party products.
• Test solutions and document unresolved cases for escalation to the team in Denmark.
• Contribute to solution proposals and help deliver satisfactory customer outcomes.
• Participate in training on the new hirify.global Equipment DMS solution.

Requirements

• Practical experience in finance and warehousing, preferably in a support role.
• Practical and documented experience with NAV, Business Central, or another ERP system.
• Experience in customer communication by phone and email.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Structured approach to testing, solution proposals, and case documentation.
• Proactive, analytical, communicative, collaborative, and flexible working style.
