TL;DR

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Onsite). Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Deliver Tier 2 technical assistance to operators and partners via Zendesk and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues by analyzing logs, alerts, and system behavior.
  • Configure production and pre-production systems in collaboration with DevOps and development teams.
  • Investigate issues related to video broadcasting technologies.
  • Maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
  • Escalate complex issues to Engineering/DevOps with clear technical context.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven experience in Tier 2/L2 technical support within software, SaaS, or gaming environments.
  • Solid understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, ports, protocols) and Linux-based systems.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira/Confluence) and operational dashboards.
  • Strong problem-solving mentality with the ability to work calmly under pressure during live incidents.
  • Clear, structured written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Basic DevOps exposure and experience with automation or scripting.
