Operational Technology Supporter

Location: On-site at the facility in Stargard, Poland; up to 5% travel for team events and workshops.

What you will do

• Provide advanced IT support for production-related systems and equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot manufacturing-cell technologies, including PLC-connected systems, label printers, industrial PCs, workstations, and production network infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary IT escalation point for complex production issues affecting manufacturing operations.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, IT Client Support, and Global Operations Digital Excellence teams.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, or manufacturing IT.
• Experience supporting production or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work on-site in Stargard, Poland.

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
