What you will do

• Define and evolve the enterprise data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Govern the Enterprise Canonical Data Model and Global Data Dictionary.
• Architect and oversee Master Data Management strategies and Golden Record creation.
• Establish standardized integration patterns including API-first and event-driven architectures.
• Lead data architecture reviews as a member of the Architecture Review Board.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate business requirements into high-impact data solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Zeeland, MI
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data, architecture, or related IT disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience across multiple teams or functions.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
• Proven experience with AWS and Snowflake.
• Experience operating at or advising executive leadership levels.
