What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements into robust enterprise data architecture and system solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise MDM solutions using Informatica and IDMC platforms.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes for large-scale data movement and transformation.
• Define and enforce enterprise data governance, quality, and compliance standards.
• Develop AI prompt strategies and query templates to synthesize complex master data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable data initiatives.

Requirements

• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Austin, TX.
• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Master Data Management solutions.
• 8+ years of experience with Informatica and ETL development.
• 8+ years of experience with Enterprise Information Management frameworks.
• Strong experience with large-scale data integration using Oracle, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience working with both technical and non-technical teams in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting enterprise MDM solutions.
• Experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Experience installing and configuring Informatica Metadata Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
