What you will do

• Design and build scalable end-to-end data pipelines to enable data-driven decision making through analytics.
• Provide technical leadership to drive best practices for data modeling, ETL, and data quality.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to decompose complex problems and design technical analytics solutions.
• Develop automated solutions to replace manual data processing workflows.
• Proactively identify data quality issues and coordinate with system owners for rapid resolution.
• Refine and enhance reporting data models to map business processes into an enterprise data model.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in information systems, including at least 5 years developing corporate relational DBMS.
• Advanced SQL capabilities and hands-on development experience with ETL tools.
• Programming proficiency in Python; experience with Java and/or Scala in distributed environments is required.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing methodologies and dimensional data modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience designing component-based, open-system architecture and complex client-server systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
