Location: Must live within 20–25 minutes of the Bellevue, WA office and be available onsite 4–5 days per week
Salary: $55,000 – 65,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants, vendors, and service providers for the corporate office building.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and partner with the building engineer to support operations.
- Process invoices, approvals, and employee expense reports while reconciling corporate card transactions.
- Manage office purchasing, mail, shipping/receiving, and coordinate employee travel and office events.
- Administer timecard systems and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support special projects, business continuity, and emergency preparedness plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of office experience, including exposure to accounting or bookkeeping.
- Consistent onsite presence and reliable transportation to Bellevue, WA.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands independently.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel), SharePoint, Teams, or HubSpot.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or a background in event planning.
- Exposure to AI tools in the workplace.
- Experience working in a technology or professional services environment.
