What you will do

  • Lead a team of Customer Value Architects in executing account onboarding and defining customer success plans.
  • Partner with sales leaders to drive account expansion through the adoption and expanded use of Falcon Flex.
  • Supervise the development of competitive business propositions to ensure renewals via demonstrated realized value.
  • Oversee the delivery of Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) and business value analyses to demonstrate ROI.
  • Proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success to minimize attrition.
  • Manage team performance, career development, and accountability for quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Expert leadership skills in collaboration, prioritization, and directing team operations.
  • Deep industry knowledge of cybersecurity and customer decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in C-level presentations, financial acumen, and executive negotiation.
  • Expert functional knowledge of sales methodologies and the software sales lifecycle.
  • Location: Based in Tokyo, Japan

Nice to have

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to calculate ROI metrics.
  • Experience with flexible licensing models and managing complex customer relationships.
