Salary: $130,000–$150,000 plus annual incentive compensation

What you will do
- Lead and develop the branch sales force to exceed revenue and profit goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and architects.
- Monitor sales performance using CRM and review P&L reports to ensure budgetary alignment.
- Oversee bidding strategies and ensure all proposals meet corporate approval standards.
- Foster a culture of safety and customer satisfaction across all lines of business.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management for sales representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of directly related sales experience in the elevator or related industries.
- Proven experience in personnel management.
- Strong ability to interpret technical instructions and financial data.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
