Location: Chicago, IL, US (Ability to travel up to 30% of the time)

Salary: $120,000.00 – $135,000.00 annually

What you will do

  • Own and operate the sales performance-management cycle, including dashboards, scorecards, and regular review cadences.
  • Lead target setting and the goal cascade, translating regional revenue and margin objectives into individual targets.
  • Manage and optimize sales-related tools (CRM, CPQ, and BI) to enhance data quality and sales productivity.
  • Evaluate performance against targets and conduct opportunity assessments to identify areas for commercial optimization.
  • Develop and implement processes to measure the impact of sales initiatives and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and hirify.global Academy to ensure organizational synergy and training alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales analytics exhirify.globalence and 4 years of exhirify.globalence working with sales teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM, BI (e.g., Power BI), and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Post-secondary degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a comparable field.
  • Advanced understanding of the B2B sales process and construction industry project lifecycles.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (E-Verify participant).
