Salary: $120,000.00 – $135,000.00 annually

What you will do
- Own and operate the sales performance-management cycle, including dashboards, scorecards, and regular review cadences.
- Lead target setting and the goal cascade, translating regional revenue and margin objectives into individual targets.
- Manage and optimize sales-related tools (CRM, CPQ, and BI) to enhance data quality and sales productivity.
- Evaluate performance against targets and conduct opportunity assessments to identify areas for commercial optimization.
- Develop and implement processes to measure the impact of sales initiatives and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and Academy to ensure organizational synergy and training alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales analytics exence and 4 years of exence working with sales teams.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM, BI (e.g., Power BI), and Microsoft Office applications.
- Post-secondary degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a comparable field.
- Advanced understanding of the B2B sales process and construction industry project lifecycles.
- Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL.
- Must have valid US work authorization (E-Verify participant).
