Supply Chain Contracts Specialist

Location: United States of America; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and generally reside in a state where MKS is registered to do business.

Salary: $71,000–$118,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, software licenses, change orders, renewals, and amendments.
• Manage contracting activities across capital equipment and global services categories, including IT, consulting, facilities, audit and tax, legal, and operations services.
• Develop negotiation strategies using playbooks, market benchmarks, and category strategies to secure favorable terms and balanced protections.
• Partner with Category Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and InfoSec on commercial terms, third-party risk, and contractual compliance.
• Identify automation and process improvements while supporting contract standardization and stakeholder training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience managing commercial contracts and supplier agreements.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience with contract negotiation, risk assessment, project coordination, contract documentation, and version control.
• Strong communication, organizational, attention-to-detail, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
