TL;DR

What you will do

  • Analyze monthly data to identify cost drivers and monitor claims using vendor platforms.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly performance reviews and strategic solutions for clients.
  • Identify cost-effective strategies to manage wasteful spending and specialty medication costs.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for brokers and clients regarding PBM design and formulary.
  • Assist in prospecting calls and the presentation of RFP results.
  • Present clinical data and lead strategy discussions during onsite or virtual meetings.

Requirements

  • Doctorate of pharmacy degree (PharmD) required.
  • Active licensure as a pharmacist.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to persuade in group environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel onsite to client locations as needed.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience or understanding of the PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) industry.
