Salary: $81,000 – $115,000

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership teams regarding workforce listening and engagement strategies.
- Manage survey cycles with project management discipline to ensure timely delivery of insights.
- Present survey findings to senior leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Train clients on the use of online tools, dashboards, and engagement resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for diverse healthcare organizations.
- Leverage national databases to contextualize client performance and support goal-setting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, HR, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or HR.
- Deep expertise in employee engagement and workforce listening strategies.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executive leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
