Employee Experience (EX) Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere in the U.S. or hybrid in Chicago, Boston, or South Bend. Approximately 25% travel is required for on-site client presentations.

Salary: $81,000–$115,000 base per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus or commission and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise healthcare leadership teams on workforce listening strategies and employee engagement opportunities.
• Manage survey cycles, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across client engagements.
• Present survey findings to senior leadership and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Train and support clients in using online tools, dashboards, and workforce listening resources.
• Collaborate with analytics, client management, implementation, growth, and patient experience colleagues.
• Build client relationships and use national benchmarking data to support goal-setting discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare, human resources, business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, HR, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in employee engagement and experience advising or managing workforce listening strategies.
• Experience working in or advising within the healthcare industry.
• Strong presentation, verbal communication, written communication, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience conducting data analysis.
