What you will do

  • Lead the employee relations team and manage investigations for all corporate employees.
  • Consult and provide guidance to supervisors to ensure disciplinary actions are handled in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Oversee investigations and responses to complaints of discrimination and harassment to mitigate company liability.
  • Administer key programs, including the Voice of the Employee survey and performance review cycles.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR Compliance teams to write corporate guidelines and procedural programs.
  • Manage, train, and conduct performance appraisals for the assigned group of employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in employee relations and EEO.
  • Proven track record in investigation and resolution of complaints and charges.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Kingwood, Texas.

Nice to have

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
