What you will do
- Execute recruitment outreach via phone, email, and SMS to prospective students.
- Provide a high-touch experience to encourage the pursuit of educational goals.
- Resolve student concerns promptly while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Leverage technology platforms to manage student and partner relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders to meet enrollment objectives.
- Ensure all activities comply with required training and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
- 2+ years of work experience in sales, customer service, teaching, or healthcare.
- Intermediate proficiency in customer service, technical tools, and communication.
- Must be based in Illinois as the role is onsite.
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven, goal-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in Higher Education or recruitment.
- Previous experience as an Associate Student Engagement Specialist.
