What you will do

• Draft customer agreements and manage the full approval and archiving process.
• Collaborate with Finance and Invoicing teams to validate monthly closed sales and manage billing tickets in Jira.
• Develop and optimize sales processes and procedures, including CRM system updates in Salesforce.
• Train and support Sales Representatives on effective CRM tool usage.
• Provide commission support to sales teams to ensure alignment with goals.
• Manage contract distribution to authorized signatories according to internal procedures.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, or financial domains.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
