What you will do
- Draft customer agreements and manage the full approval and archiving process.
- Collaborate with Finance and Invoicing teams to validate monthly closed sales and manage billing tickets in Jira.
- Develop and optimize sales processes and procedures, including CRM system updates in Salesforce.
- Train and support Sales Representatives on effective CRM tool usage.
- Provide commission support to sales teams to ensure alignment with goals.
- Manage contract distribution to authorized signatories according to internal procedures.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, or financial domains.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
