What you will do
- Support daily SDR activities to generate and qualify leads
- Assist with inbound and outbound outreach campaigns via email, calls, and social channels
- Maintain and enrich CRM data to ensure high-quality prospect information
- Qualify leads based on BANT/ICP criteria under supervision
- Schedule meetings for senior SDRs and Account Executives
- Track and report on performance metrics including calls, emails, and booked meetings
Requirements
- Strong commercial mindset and interest in sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player capable of following guidance from senior staff
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Italian, French, or German
- Basic experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Familiarity with outreach platforms
