TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Fintech): Supporting the sales team with lead qualification and outreach activities to drive pipeline growth with an accent on CRM management and prospect research. Focus on developing commercial skills through hands-on experience in a fast-paced, target-driven payments technology environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Support daily SDR activities to generate and qualify leads
  • Assist with inbound and outbound outreach campaigns via email, calls, and social channels
  • Maintain and enrich CRM data to ensure high-quality prospect information
  • Qualify leads based on BANT/ICP criteria under supervision
  • Schedule meetings for senior SDRs and Account Executives
  • Track and report on performance metrics including calls, emails, and booked meetings

Requirements

  • Strong commercial mindset and interest in sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team player capable of following guidance from senior staff

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Italian, French, or German
  • Basic experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Familiarity with outreach platforms
