What you will do

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with a portfolio of retail clients.
• Drive proactive collaboration and negotiate partnership expansions with retailers.
• Translate client business needs into actionable solutions using NIQ's market measurement and pricing tools.
• Manage financial targets, proposal submissions, revenue tracking, and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver impactful insights and strategic recommendations.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

• Experience in retail-related sectors such as FMCG, pharma, beauty, or IT&C.
• Consultative sales mindset with a focus on long-term relationship building.
• Fluency in English and Romanian is required.
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania to support the hybrid working model.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or other CRM and business intelligence tools.
