Salary: $69,600 – $104,400 USD

What you will do
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes, production layouts, and equipment installations.
- Troubleshoot complex electromechanical failures and initiate corrective actions to ensure peak efficiency.
- Develop and implement PLC-based control logic for high-speed production equipment.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes and procedures comply with strict medical device regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics, machine vision, and sensing technologies.
- Maintain and improve production documentation, including electrical schematics and process specifications.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree required.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available for this level).
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in North Haven, CT.
- Foundational knowledge of industrial automation, electrical systems, or manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs.
- Proficiency in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
- Experience with electrical CAD tools like AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
- Background in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device or pharmaceutical).
- Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
