What you will do

• Own and maintain production data acquisition and control systems from operator interface to data storage.
• Update and improve PLC hardware and software for process I/O on production equipment.
• Modify HMI systems to facilitate Poke Yoke and enhance process reliability.
• Manage interface software and data storage systems for all process control data.
• Create and maintain a system for revision change control on all automated programs.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation using Six Sigma tools.

Requirements

• US Citizen required for ITAR compliance.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in automation and control development using platforms like Wonderware.
• Demonstrated experience in PLC programming and machine control.
• Proven experience in project management, APQP principles, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work 1st shift, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Prior experience in process control.
