What you will do

• Own production data acquisition and control systems from operator interface to machine application code.
• Improve and update PLC hardware and software for process I/O on production equipment.
• Modify HMI systems to facilitate Poka-Yoke and enhance process reliability.
• Manage interface software and data storage systems for all process control data.
• Create and maintain revision change control systems for all automated programs.
• Promote continuous improvement using Six Sigma tools.

Requirements

• US Citizen required for ITAR compliance.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in automation and control development.
• Proficiency with commercial development platforms such as Wonderware.
• Demonstrated experience in machine control, data acquisition, and project management.
• Familiarity with APQP principles and statistical analysis.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Prior experience in process control.
