What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and report demand data to support business planning.
• Forecast demand and identify market trends and customer behavior patterns.
• Drive the Evergreen Long-Range Planning (LRP) process.
• Run demand solves for mid-term backend and long-term requirement scenarios.
• Integrate and rationalize various signals to ensure high data quality.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional groups.
• Experience presenting complex data to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting.

• Understanding of fab, advanced packaging, and assembly/test processes.
• Experience with Compass requirements forecasting tool.
