Salary: $169,400 - $240,000

What you will do

• Design and govern the global end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Establish global process governance, roles, and decision rights to ensure accountability.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure S&OP effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives by partnering with technology teams to optimize planning platforms.
• Champion the integration of AI and machine learning to enhance forecasting and scenario planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment as a subject matter expert across Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles.
• 7+ years of experience leading formal global S&OP processes.
• Proven experience as a global or enterprise business process owner.
• Deep expertise with advanced planning systems like Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Anaplan, or Oracle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI/ML to forecasting, inventory optimization, or supply chain risk modeling.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant master’s degree.
• Experience in a publicly traded, high-growth technology environment.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPIM.
