TL;DR

Senior HR Manager: Strategic HR partnership for the Watts Applied Solutions team, driving workforce planning, talent acquisition and onboarding, and leadership/employee development with an accent on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and DEI in a matrixed environment. Focus on applying federal and state employment law, leading performance management and terminations, and using HR data/analytics to support data-driven workforce planning.

What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders on complex HR challenges and guide workforce planning and team development.
  • Lead employee relations, including performance management and terminations, ensuring legally compliant policies.
  • Drive talent strategy with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and retain diverse high-performing talent.
  • Design and implement leadership and employee development programs, including succession planning.
  • Champion DEI initiatives and lead change management to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Support organizational design and engagement survey action planning using HR data and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
  • Manufacturing industry experience required.
  • Previous people leadership experience required.
  • Expert knowledge of federal and state employment law.
  • Onsite role based in Fort Worth, TX; travel 15% domestic.
