What you will do
- Partner with business leaders on complex HR challenges and guide workforce planning and team development.
- Lead employee relations, including performance management and terminations, ensuring legally compliant policies.
- Drive talent strategy with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and retain diverse high-performing talent.
- Design and implement leadership and employee development programs, including succession planning.
- Champion DEI initiatives and lead change management to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support organizational design and engagement survey action planning using HR data and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
- Manufacturing industry experience required.
- Previous people leadership experience required.
- Expert knowledge of federal and state employment law.
- Onsite role based in Fort Worth, TX; travel 15% domestic.
