Salary: $140,000–$178,000 annually.

What you will do
- Centrally manage the global Digital Assets product pipeline across asset classes and client channels.
- Develop and maintain management reporting, KPIs, and weekly status materials for executive committees.
- Coordinate governance materials and agendas for Fund Boards and global partnership initiatives.
- Lead internal communications and support cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Distribution, and Product teams.
- Oversee operational and financial aspects of initiatives, including seed capital, pricing, and revenue-sharing impacts.
- Drive business cases and operational integrations to support strategic Digital Assets priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical and leadership roles within financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and regulatory landscapes.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts and tradeoffs persuasively to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional team environments with a collaborative mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
