TL;DR

Digital Assets Business Manager (Web3): Managing the global product pipeline and strategic operations for digital asset initiatives with an accent on cross-functional coordination, governance, and financial reporting. Location: Must be based in New York, NY. Role requires four days per week in the office.

Salary: $140,000–$178,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Centrally manage the global Digital Assets product pipeline across asset classes and client channels.
  • Develop and maintain management reporting, KPIs, and weekly status materials for executive committees.
  • Coordinate governance materials and agendas for Fund Boards and global partnership initiatives.
  • Lead internal communications and support cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Distribution, and Product teams.
  • Oversee operational and financial aspects of initiatives, including seed capital, pricing, and revenue-sharing impacts.
  • Drive business cases and operational integrations to support strategic Digital Assets priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical and leadership roles within financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts and tradeoffs persuasively to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional team environments with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
